Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup ricotta cheese, part skim
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 tortilla
  • 3/4 cup berries
  • 2 tbsp almonds, slivered

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 375

  2. Mix ricotta and honey in small bowl. Spread tortilla with ricotta and top with the berries and almonds.

  3. Place on pan and bake 4 minutes. Turn oven to broil and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve
