Beef with tomatoes and olives over Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 oz beef, top round, cut 1/2 in cubes
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups tomatoes, chopped or canned
- 1/3 cup olives
- 2 tbsp basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 7 oz rotini pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 375

Heat ovenproof skillet over medium heat.

Spray with cooking spray and cook onion 5 minutes. Add beef and cook until browned, about 10 minutes, stirring.

Add wine, water, tomatoes, and olives to skillet. Bring to a boil and cover. Put in oven for 1 hour Remove skillet from oven and stir in the basil, 1/8 tsp salt, and yogurt.

Cook pasta according to package, toss with oil and 1/8 tsp salt.

Mix pasta with beef and serve.
