Baked Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
Directions

Combine garlic, oil, chili powder, sugar, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, cocoa, and salt in food processor until is becomes a paste

Rub the pork with the mixture and allow to marinate at room temp for 1 hour or in frigde for up to 24 hours.

Preheat over to 375

ace in baking pan and bake for 10-25 minutes, or until the internal temp is 140. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
