Couscous Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Bring the mild to boil in medium pot.

  2. Stir in couscous, raisins, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cover and remove pot from heat.

  3. Let pot sit covered 5 minutes, open, stir and serve or cool and serve at room temp.
