Couscous Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup couscous
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions

Bring the mild to boil in medium pot.

Stir in couscous, raisins, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cover and remove pot from heat.

Let pot sit covered 5 minutes, open, stir and serve or cool and serve at room temp.
