- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup greek style yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 5 ice cubes
- pinch of nutmeg
