fluffy High-Fiber Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2/3 cup bran (wheat bran)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Combine milk, oats and bran in large bowl, let stand 5 minutes. Add egg and beat until blended.

Mix folur, sugar, soda and salt in small bowl until blended. Add it to the bran mixture and blend until just moistened.

Prepare a skillet with non-stick spray and cook about 3 minutes per side.
