Orange-Glazed Ham

Ingredients
- 1 ham steak (3/4 lb)
- 4 cloves, whole
- 4 slices pineapple, drained and quartered, reserving juice
- 1/2 cup OJ
- 3 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400, stud ham with cloves, place in shallow ovenproof pan with pineapple around it

for glaze, in a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, OJ, marmalade and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, boil until slightly thickened 5-6 minutes

Pour glaze over ham, bake, basting with glaze occasionally for 15 minutes. (glaze should be thickened)
