Thin and Crispy hula pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 oz goat cheese, crumbled (3 tbsp)
  • 3 tbsp pineapple, canned, drained, diced
  • 1 1/2 tsp cilantro, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 400

  2. Place tortilla on baking sheet, bake for 2-4 min per side until crisp (poke holes with fork)

  3. Remove and top with sauce, then cheese, pineapple, and cilantro

  4. Bake for 2-4 min longer
