Thin and Crispy hula pizza

Ingredients
- 1 tortilla
- 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 3/4 oz goat cheese, crumbled (3 tbsp)
- 3 tbsp pineapple, canned, drained, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp cilantro, finely chopped
Directions

Preheat over to 400

Place tortilla on baking sheet, bake for 2-4 min per side until crisp (poke holes with fork)

Remove and top with sauce, then cheese, pineapple, and cilantro

Bake for 2-4 min longer
