Ingredients
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup frozen lima beans, thawed
- 1 cup frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 3/4 cup baked beans
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
Directions

In a 1 1/2 qt slow cooker, layer the carrot, onion, lima beans, green beans, sausage and baked beans. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over beans.

Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until vegetables are tender. Stir before serving
