Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter or sesame paste
- 12/ cup hot water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tabspoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1 pount cooked Chinese noodles (or spaghetti)
- 4 scallioins cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- Mung bean sprounts
- Chopped peanuts
- Combine contents then add noodles, top with scallions, sprouts and peanuts
- Serve warm or cold
