Potato Chip Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 whol boneless skinless chick breast
  • 5-6 ounces potato chips (any flavor)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbs milk
  • Preheat to 400
  • Cut chicken into finger size pieces
  • Crush chips in bag
  • Whisk egg adn milk
  • Dip into mixture then put in bag
  • Place on cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes flipping once
  • Serve with honey mustard, bbq, etc
