Ingredients
- 2 lbs small new red potatoes halved
- 10 cloves of garlic left in skins
- sea salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tbs chooped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
- Preheat oven to 350
- Lightly oil a roasting pan or baking dish and add in potatoes and garlic
- Sprinkle in spices
- Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour until potatoes are tender
