Red Potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs small new red potatoes halved
  • 10 cloves of garlic left in skins
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbs chooped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Lightly oil a roasting pan or baking dish and add in potatoes and garlic
  • Sprinkle in spices
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour until potatoes are tender
