Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 yellow onion finely chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
- Non-fat milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 package pre-cooked bacon, finely cut
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Johnny seasoning salt (optional)

Boil vegetables in water until soft

Drain the water leaving behind a small amount of water to save the flavor of the vegetables. Pour in milk so the soup is a thick consistency. If you add too much milk it will be too thin. Add in bacon and butter. Stir until butter is melted and milk has warmed up.
