Barbecued Pork Chops

can use lemon juice instead of vinegar

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 onion, large
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp powdered mustard
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Directions

Place pork chops in bowl. Peel and slice the onion and place in a pitcher. Add rest of ingredients and mix well, then pour over chops. Leave to marinate for 1 hour in a cool place, turning chops at least twice.

Preheat a charcoal grill or the broiler.

Cook the chops on the grill (or under a broiler), occasionally brushing them with marinade. Usually takes about 20 minutes.
