Hearty Crab Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
- 3/4 cups celery, chopped
- olive oil, several turns of the pot
- 1 tables old bay seasoning
- 1 tables worcestershire
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes, chopped
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 pound crabmeat
- parsley
- 1 tables flour (mix with 1/3 cup water to thicken)

In large pot, saute vegetables for flavor. Add all other ingredients except crab. Bring to boil, simmer 1 hour. Thicken with flour mixture; add crabmeat. Simmer 1/2 hour.
