Ingredients
- 3 to 4 carrots
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Peel slide carrots adn cut into coins
- Med size frying pan with water
- Cover and cooke med high heat 6-7 minutes or until water has evap and carrots are soft
- Uncover and add sugar, butter and cider vinegar
- Turn up heat and saute stirring for 2-3 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper
