Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sunflower or corn oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2-3 medium)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease & flour 1 big loaf pan.

Measure all ingredients, except chocolate chips, into large mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed 1/2 minute, scraping sides & bottom of bowl frequently.

Fold in chocolate chips after mixing is done. Pour into loaf pan.

Bake about 1 hour or until wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean (and top is nicely brown but top & sides not burned).

Remove from pan after a minute or so.
