Chicken Marsala

Serve with roasted red potatoes and steamed green beans mixed with butter and black pepper.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 chicken breasts, butterflied
- 4 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoon diced onions
- 4 cups quartered mushrooms
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 4 tablespoons half-and-half
Directions

Mix flour with 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper.

Dredge both sides of chicken breasts in flour mixture.

Heat canola oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Saute garlic and diced onion 1 minute.

Add quartered mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.

Push mushrooms to side of pan and add chicken; sear 2 to 3 minutes a side and then add 1/3 cup marsala wine.

Reduce heat and let wine reduce by half; add 1 tablespoon half-and-half and reduce by half.
