Simple Southern-Style “Unfried” Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken Legs and Thighs
  • 1/2 cup of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing
  • 1 pkt. Shake n Bake Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

Directions

  1. Remove skin from all chicken pieces except wings.

  2. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag.

  3. Pour dressing over chicken in bag.

  4. Seal bag, turning to coat all chicken pieces well

  5. Refrigere at least 30 min to marinate

  6. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  7. Place contents of seasoning pouch on a plate

  8. Remove Chicken from bag and coat 1 piece at a time

  9. Bake 40 to 45 min or until tender and no longer pink in center
