Ingredients
- 4 to 5 bags of Collard Grenns
- 3 to 4 Chicken boulion cubes
- 2 tsp. of Sea Salt
- pinch of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. of Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Onion
- Smoked Meat
- Smoked Spare Ribs/Ham Hocks/Smoked Turkey Necks/Smoked Turkey Wings
Directions

Boil Smoked Meat, in enough water to cover meat Boulion Cubes, and 2 tsp.Sea Salt

When Meat Cooks remove and pull off the bone

Add meat back to the water

Add Greens
-
When Greens are almost cooked add onion

1/4 tsp. of pepper flakes

pinch of baking soda
