Grandma’s Greens

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 bags of Collard Grenns
  • 3 to 4 Chicken boulion cubes
  • 2 tsp. of Sea Salt
  • pinch of baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. of Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Onion
  • Smoked Meat
  • Smoked Spare Ribs/Ham Hocks/Smoked Turkey Necks/Smoked Turkey Wings

Directions

  1. Boil Smoked Meat, in enough water to cover meat Boulion Cubes, and 2 tsp.Sea Salt

  2. When Meat Cooks remove and pull off the bone

  3. Add meat back to the water

  4. Add Greens

  5. When Greens are almost cooked add onion

  6. 1/4 tsp. of pepper flakes

  7. pinch of baking soda
