- 1 cup = 2 to 3 cooked
- 1 lb = 2 cups uncooked = 5 1/2 cups cooked
- Small Beans (ie Navy)
- 1 cup = 2 to 3 cups cooked
- 1 pound = 2 1/3 cups uncooked = 5 1/2 cups cooked
- Lentils
- 1 cup = 3 cups cooked
- Split peas
- 1 cup = 2 1/2 cups cooked
