  • 1 cup = 2 to 3 cooked
  • 1 lb = 2 cups uncooked = 5 1/2 cups cooked
  • Small Beans (ie Navy)
  • 1 cup = 2 to 3 cups cooked
  • 1 pound = 2 1/3 cups uncooked = 5 1/2 cups cooked
  • Lentils
  • 1 cup = 3 cups cooked
  • Split peas
  • 1 cup = 2 1/2 cups cooked
