Ingredients
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cups cooked basmati or jasmine
- 5 or 6 chopped green onions
- generous splash of dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 2-3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Directions

Heat a wok until very hot, then add vegetable oil and sesame oil. Throw in ginger and garlic and stir fry for a minute, until fragrant.

Toss in rice along with green onions. Add soy sauce, sambal oelek and sweet chili sauce. Stir fry for a couple of minutes until the rice is piping hot. Drizzle with a little more sesame oil to taste, then serve.
