Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1 T sugar
• 4 T butter, melted
• 4 key limes
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

1. Crust:

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in pie tin

3. Press to make a crust.

4. Bake 10 min. @ 350 degrees

5. Filling:

6. Wash and dry limes.

7. Grate 1 t. peel (~ 4 key limes)

8. Squeeze 1/2 cup lime juice and add peel

9. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk until well blended.

10. Beat cream at medium speed until peaks form.

11. Add into lime mixture 1/3 at a time.

12. Freeze at least 3 hours.
