Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup butter
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (sift with flour)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (sift with flour)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon more or less to suit your taste (sift with flour)
- flour
- 2 cups walnuts coarsely chopped
Directions

Combine the first 4 ingredients in mixer.

Add flour mixture gradually to form a stiff dough

Add walnuts at the end

Form into thin loaves and place on greased cookie sheets. Cut half way through and bake until firm in a 375 preheated oven

Remove from oven let cool and slice into pieces.

Place back onto cookie sheets and bake on each side until brown.
