Fantasy Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 7 ounce marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, butter and milk in a heavy sauce pan

  2. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Stir in chocolate until melted.

  5. Add the cream, nuts and vanilla

  6. Beat until well blended

  7. Pour into a 9 × 13 greased pan

  8. Cool at room temperature

  9. Makes 3 pounds
