Ingredients
- 2 cups blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

Thaw blackberries.

Line muffin tins with bake cups

Place berries in a bowl and crush slightly, then set aside

In a large bowl, combine cream, vanilla and sugar.

Beat on high until soft peaks form

Stir in blackberries

Spoon into cups and freeze
