Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Madeira wine
  • Softened cream cheese
  • Portobello mushrooms

Directions

  1. Saute mushrooms in butter and wine and cook until juice is absorbed.

  2. Place in food processor to blend

  3. Add softened cream cheese
