Tarama

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces tarama
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 slices bread soaked in water and squeezed
  • 2 lemons, juice only
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Chop onion in food processor. Add tarama and pulse. Alternate with oil, bread and lemon juice until the consistency is thick. Add more oil, bread or juice as needed.

  2. Chill
