Hot Artichoke Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 4 drops hot sauce
  • 8 1/2 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350

  2. Mix mayonnaise with cheese, parsley and hot sauce in medium bowl until well blended

  3. Fold in artichokes

  4. Spoon into pyrex pie dish and bake until brown and bubbly
