Chinese Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Heat oil. Add chicken. Stir fry.

  2. Add next ingredients.

  3. Cover and cook for 3 minutes

  4. Stir in cornstarch mixed with water and stir until slightly thickened.
