Ingredients
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- lemon zest
- 2 2/3 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- cocoa
Directions

Separate the eggs

Add sugar and butter to the yolks.

Add milk, lemon zest, flour and the beaten egg whites

Take a small part of the batter and add cocoa to it.

Fold into the remaining batter

Place in greased and floured pan and bake in preheated 350 oven until done
