Ingredients
- 2 4 oz crescent roll dough
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons green pepper sauce
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Cut dough into thin circle large enough to completely wrap the Brie

Place Brie in center and poke top of cheese several times

Slowly pour green sauce over top of cheese, allowing it to soak in

Add rest of sauce, poking with a fork

Fold dough over top of cheese, working top and bottom together
-
Brush edges with beaten egg to seal

Bake 10 minutes
-
Do not over bake
-
Serve immediately with crackers
