Ingredients

Directions

  1. Spread potatoes in pan

  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano

  3. Squeeze lemon over potatoes

  4. Top with butter

  5. Drizzle with olive oil

  6. Add water

  7. Pour a little tomato sauce over potatoes

  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese

  9. Before completely done, sprinkle with more cheese
