Broccoli Rabe

I keep a batch of this in the fridge and add over rice, to soups, etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch broccoli rabe
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Blanch broccoli rabe for 5 minutes in boiling water.

  2. Remove from water with large spider. Try to remove some of the water.

  3. Put broccoli rabe in lg frying pan along with remaining ingredients.

  4. Saute for a few minutes until broccoli rabe is dried out and garlic is cooked.
