Oatmeal

I make a batch of this and reheat in the microwave for breakfasts. Serve with brown sugar or honey on top. I usually add a little extra milk or soymilk when reheating.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups whole oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup soymilk
  • raisins
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large, microwave safe bowl.

  2. Cover loosely and microwave on high for five minutes.

  3. Let sit a few minutes.

  4. Add extra milk or soymilk as desired.
