Rice

I keep this in the fridge to add to soups or serve with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 can fat free broth
  • 1 cup rice, preferably basmati or jasmine
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Cook on high for 5 minutes in the microwave

  3. Cook on medium for 4-5 minutes

  4. Let sit for a few minutes.
