Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped hard salami or bacon or sausage
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 10 ounces grated Swiss cheese
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in top of double boiler stirring constantly until creamy

Remove from heat

Beat four eggs

Add small portion of cheese mixture to the eggs, stirring constantly.

Add egg mixture back to cheese, stirring constantly

Add the rest of the ingredients

Coat tart pan with Pam
-
Fill each tart to the top

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown

Cool slightly then remove

To serve reheat at 275 for 10-15 minutes
