Ingredients
- 2 pounds Velveeta, cut into cubes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 bunches broccoli ( or 2 bags frozen)
- 1 onion
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
Directions

Combine Velveeta and soup until boiling

Sautee 1 onion and mushrooms and add to the sauce

Cook broccoli and place in a casserole dish

Pour sauce over it and stir well

Crush in 1 tube of Ritz crackers.

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
