Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons tepid water
- 7 ounces feta cheese
Directions

In food processor, mix flour, salt, vinegar and lemon juice

Add water until it resembles wet sand

Knead and divide in half

Chill and let rise over night

Cut into 1" pieces and stretch out

Brown lightly in oil

Refrigerate leftovers
