Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- zest of a large orange
- 1 cup flour
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Powdered sugar
Directions

Set a rack in middle of the oven

Preheat to 375

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and salt until frothy

Add sugar in a stream, then add orange zest

Fold in the flour, then melted butter

Fill Madeleine pans 2/3 full

Bake for 20 minutes

Remove from pan immediately

Dust with powdered sugar before serving
