Nut Cups

Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 2 sticks butter (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- ___________
- FILLING:
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

CRUST: Cream the cream cheese & butter. Add the flour gradually and mix well. Make small balls & place each ball into mini cup cake pan. With thumb, press to bottom & sides of to form cup.

FILLING: Mix all ingredients until well blended.

ASSEMBLY: Fill each molded cup about ½ to ¾ full. Bake at 350’ for 30 minutes or until golden brown. While hot, turn pans upside down & pop out of pan. Turn over & cool on racK. When cool, sprinkle w/ confectionary sugar.
