Grilled Cheese

Try different kinds of bread for different twists

Cook time: 5 minutes
Serves 1 people

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • Pepperoni, slices (optional)
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 or 2 slices American cheese
  • Butter, margarine or no-stick spray

Directions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread

  2. Place one slice of bread butter-down in frying pan

  3. Layer cheese and optional ingredients on top of bread

  4. Place other slice of bread butter-up on top

  5. Turn heat on medium-low

  6. Flip once the bottom side is golden-brown

  7. Cook until other side is golden-brown or cheese is melted
