Ingredients
- 1 package softened cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
Directions

Mix cream cheese and 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese in mixer until well blended

Separate rolls into 8 rectangles at the perferations.

Spread 3 tablespoons of cream mixture on each rectangle

Top with red pepper and parsley

Fold long end up over filling to center

Fold up again to enclose remaining size squares

Place, seam down, on cookie sheet

Sprinkle with remaining cheese

Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes
