Ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 1/4 t soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 1 c brown sugar
• 3 c pecans

Directions

1. beat egg white til frothy

2. add remaining ingredients

3. stir in pecans

4. toss and lay out individually on a greased cookie sheet

5. bake at 300˚ for 15 minutes
