Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 2 T light corn syrup
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chopped
  • 2 t vanilla

Directions

  1. in a med. saucepan, combine the cream and corn syrup, bring to a boil

  2. remove from heat and whisk in chocolate until melted and smooth

  3. stir in vanilla

  4. let cool

  5. refrigerate in airtight container up to 1 month.

  6. great for gifts!
