Ingredients
- 1 c heavy cream
- 2 T light corn syrup
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chopped
- 2 t vanilla
Directions

in a med. saucepan, combine the cream and corn syrup, bring to a boil

remove from heat and whisk in chocolate until melted and smooth

stir in vanilla

let cool
-
refrigerate in airtight container up to 1 month.
