Ingredients

• 2 C flour
• 1 stick butter
• 1/3 c whipping cream
• filling:
• 3/4 c powdered sugar
• 1/4 c butter
• 2 t vanilla

Directions

1. mix and chill

2. when cold, roll to 1/8" thick

3. cut with spice lid (little)

4. prick with fork and sprinkle with sugar

5. 350 for 7-9 min

6. filling: – mix together and color with food coloring if desired

7. use a small bit of filling sandwiched between 2 cookies
