Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccini
- 1 pkg (14 oz) smoked andouille sausage, sliced
- `1 lb peeled medium raw shrimp
- 1 bag (1 lb) frozen pepper stir fry mix (birds eye)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green pepper, celery, and onion-undrained
Directions

prepare fettuccini – keep warm

hear a large skillet over med high heat (spray with olive oil)

add sausage and cook, stir occasionally – 3-5 min

add shrimp. cook & stir occasionally (3 min) or until pink and firm

using a slotted spoon, remove sausage and shrimp from skillet. add pepper stir-fry to drippings in skillet. stir in tomatoes and cook for 3 min. stir back in sausage and shrimp.

serve over hot pasta
