Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter - softened
- 6 c powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- milk to thin to correct consistency

melt ONE stick of butter over medium heat and cook until butter turns medium brown (10 minutes) Remove from heat and let cool a few minutes.. then refrigerate for 30 minutes

in a bowl, cream brown butter and other stick of butter. add vanilla and sift 3 c sugar in.

blend well.. adding a little milk if necessary.

sift in remaining sugar, mix, adding milk as necessary. don’t get it too thin..

put into piping bag with tip.
