Ingredients

• 1 pkg (8 squares) Bakers semi sweet chocolate
• 1/4 t peppermint extract
• 1 sleeve ritz crackers (35)
• 1 peppermint candy cane crushed

Directions

1. microwave chocolate in small bowl as directed on pkg. stir until completely melted. stir in extract.

2. dip crackers in chocolate, completely coating – carefully shake off excess. place on wax paper

3. sprinkle with crushed candy

4. set until chocolate is firm
