Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 squares) Bakers semi sweet chocolate
- 1/4 t peppermint extract
- 1 sleeve ritz crackers (35)
- 1 peppermint candy cane crushed

microwave chocolate in small bowl as directed on pkg. stir until completely melted. stir in extract.

dip crackers in chocolate, completely coating – carefully shake off excess. place on wax paper

sprinkle with crushed candy

set until chocolate is firm
