White Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 9 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled to lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups sifted powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the butter using an electric mixer on medium speed, for 3 minutes until creamy.

  2. Add in the milk carefully and beat until smooth; add in the melted chocolate and beat well, about 2 minutes.

  3. Add in the vanilla and beat for 3 minutes.

  4. Gradually add in the sugar and beat on low speed until creamy and of desired consistency.
